RH8100 V3 CPU stuck errors and doubst errors

Issue Description

After some VMware updates,  all of the VM guests on the server are experiencing CPU stuck errors and SCSI read errors.

Handling Process

Check the VMware logs for reported dropped frames and if the vmkernel.all logs are reporting state in doubt errors.

Check the HBA firmware/ driver compatibility list.

Root Cause

The firmware on your HBA's needs to be updated also.  Flash the firmware first then update the drivers.

Solution

We usually do not do anything about the HBA card from third vendors.

Please download drivers from third-party official websites ,and take the OS compatibility information released by third-party vendors as standard
