we sent a new disk SEAGATE 600GB SAS 15KRPM 3.5 to our customer for replacement for S2600 series ( without T ), he replace the faulty disk with "the new " disk that we sent him but the new disk was not able to working fine. After i run this command showdisk -p in CLI, I receive this output from below:

As we can see in the CLI output all the firmware versions for all the disks are version :0006 except disk (0;6) that has version 0008 but this is not the root cause even if apparantly this can be the root cause for this problem but definetelly this is not the root cause. The encryption system from the new disk (0;6) was broke from the begining and the disk can not work properly in the storage device. A new replacement is required.
Like a solution we have to replace the disk again with a new one .
The issue was resolved after the second replacement when the customer received a new disk.
The disk must to be replaced with another disk from Huawei or from Huawei resellers - only these disks are compatible with Huawei's equipments [ like storages and / or servers ] .
