Handling Process

1, Because for the VAAINAS fucntion, we must install the VAAINAS plugin first.  For example, for OceanStor 5500 V3 V300R003C10SPC100, we can find the plugin in the Huawei website:

http://support.huawei.com/enterprise/SoftwareVersionActionNew!showVDetailNew?lang=en&idAbsPath=fixnode01|7919749|7941815|21430818|21462748|21122039&pid=21122039&vrc=21123646|21439845|21806758|21941872&from=soft&tab=bz&bz_vr=21439845&bz_vrc=21806758&nbz_vr=21141531

2, After installing the plugin, it still shows as "Not supported".

3, From the screenshot below, there is another filesystem named sun-nfs1, and the status is "supported"

4, We found that this filesystem is from another vendor storage. and the plugin from this storage vendor have been installed.

5, Because vmware can't support multiple plugin at the sametime, we can disable the plugin for another vendor and then VAAINAS from Huawei storage shows as "supported"

Root Cause

There are multiple plugin in the vmware and vmware can only support one plugin at the same time.

Solution
disable another plugin and problem fixed.
