FusionAccess TC can't find USB when mounted

Issue Description

The usb(available confirmed) connect to the TC6000, with the permission openned on the FusionAccess Portal. But no usb device is found on the VDI.

 

 

Alarm Information

sanning the usb could be seen on the client interface.

Handling Process
check warning when login the CloudClient. There maybe a warning that the client is an old version.

1, download the new client And reinstall the client.

2, restart the client.
Root Cause
the CloudClient is out of date.
