OceanStor 5300 V3 failed to add new domain usersCIFS shared folder

Issue Description:
When the customer want to add a new domain user to the CIFS shared folder,it failed with a message "The user or group does not exist".

Alarm Information


Handling Process
1:Ask the customer whether the account exist in the domain,confirmed it does exist.

2: We suspect there is a communication issue between storage and customer domain,but the storage doesn't have a ping or telnet function to test whether the network reachable or not.
So we collected the storage for further analysis.
3: After analysis the logs,we find the issue was cause communication issue between controller B and customer AD server.
When storage joined domain,only the master controller communicate with customer domain ,if network not reachable between the master controller and domain,the communication will fail.
From the storag logs,we find only controller A configed logical port IP,there was no logical port IP configuration for controller B.
In the beginning,the controller A is the Master controller,so the communication has no issue.
But there was a power reset operation on 2016-09-16
The latest NO.1 reset: localorcmostime=1465462313, ji=3547, reason=poweron reset
Desktime=2016-06-09-16:51:53

After that the controller B switch as master.

But it doesn't have logical port IP,so the storage system can't communicate with domain.

Root Cause

The master controller doesn't have a logic port IP to communicate with customer domain.

Solution
Set the logical port configuration for controller B,then manager the storage to quit domain and re-join domain again.
Suggestions

When using Oceanstor V3 storage NAS function,make sure both controller can communicate with domain .
