Issue Description

When the server is rebooted, it seems to pick up keystrokes that send it in to the bios & then tries to enter the bios password.  Once this fails you get the screen below.  Customer have removed my keyboard whilst using the servers KVM but the same thing happens.  Also when customer reboot the server from the operation system & wait it does not reboot.  If I then start up the KVM I am presented with the same screen as shown below.

Handling Process

1. Ask the customer to enter BMC in the other PC and  enter virtual KVM. And then reboot the server. But the same error appears again and again.

2. Ask the customer pull out keyboard and mouse, and then reboot. the issue happens again.

3. When serial cable is pull out, the issue is disappeared.

Solution
Pull out the serial cable, and then reboot. The issue is resolved.
