Root Cause

Default number of rings is long for customer need make it smaller.

Solution
1.copy the voice file 118 and rename it with unused voice file like (256.pcm) 2.make IVR with the new announcment you created 3. goto the SIP account associated with the IP phone and make call forwoard in no replay  with customized duration and make it call the new IVR
