Handling Process

- Collect the log.log, log.dblg, xxx.log.zip, xxx.dblg.zip files and provide the time failure.

- Check the configuration on the AC

-In this case, there are 2 AC working as HA topology, so the configuration need to be obtained from both devices and compare.

Root Cause

There are two AC on current site, and they have backup relationship, but many key configuration on second AC “WLAN-2” is different with master AC “WLAN-1”.

Some VAP is missing on the second AC, so this will lead the AP turn to off-status when it reboot and register on the second AC preferentially:

Solution

Update the configuration on the second AC “WLAN-2”, to match the same with master AC “WLAN-1”.
