can not found cameras on live view monitoring on IVS client

Issue Description

Customer reported that when he log in to the IVS client and check the live view panel for live monitoring , he could not find any camera on the live view panel , it was empty , as shown below 





Handling Process

We have checked the master node and found that all the cameras are found and online , so we checked the username the customer use while logiing into the IVS client and checked it's privillege , we found that it is not the admin user , so we deleted all users and created a new one with all the provillege the customer need 

On the role managment , select root on the organization tree , then click new and add new name , such as admin , then select the option you need from unselected menu to selected menu as shown below then , the customer used the new user and he can found the cameras on the live view panel
