Issue Description

Customer ca nnot access the e-Space mobile from outside his LAN network 


Handling Process

we have chekced the configuratio of the SBC and we found it is fine

we have checked the settings on the e-space mobile and it is fine , we checked the IP address and the port 

we found that the customer have a SBC in his network ,  so we asked him to enable the ports on his firewall or router in his network , as below 




After that we chceked and we found it is working fine now
