can not login from the espace mobile from extra net

Issue Description

Customer reported that he can not log in from the espace mobile from outside his LAN network ( extranet ) , we checked from inside the LAN he can log in but not from outside



Handling Process

I checked teh IP and the port at the settings of the mobile application and they are fine

I have opened the maac onfig .XML file  from eSpace_UC\eSpace_UC_Server\Server\MAA\cfg\main and found that the IP of the server and app server is not with the IP of the ECS server , so i opend the file in notepad and changed the IP's to the required one and saved the file again then restarted the MAA server again and  it is working fine now
