Issue Description

After call is established  between two IP Phones (7910, 7950 and 8950) there  is a mute for the first 1 sec 

Handling Process

1> Check the IP Phone version of the IP Phone if 79 must be upgrade to V200R003C00SPCk00 and if 8950 must be upgrade to 

2>after doing upgrade Login to the IP Phone using the IP address>Advanced>Media> modify suppression upon call answering to 100 as in below photo


Root Cause

The minum mute for 79 IP phone is 650ms, for 89 IP phone is 700ms. The mechnism is to eliminte noise and echo It's not related to U19 it's only related with IP phone The delay felt by user may be 1s The mute , not the minum mute The mute duration is stable

 
Solution

1> Check the IP Phone version of the IP Phone if 79 must be upgrade to V200R003C00SPCk00 and if 8950 must be upgrade to 

2>after doing upgrade Login to the IP Phone using the IP address>Advanced>Media> modify suppression upon call answering to 100 

3>if the customer feal there is  a problem  associated to the speaker of 8950 model you can upgrade the IP Phone to version V200R003C00SPCj00

Suggestions
if large number of IP Phones test this solution on one IP Phone because this suppression  is made to avoide echo and delay in voice
