Static BRAS Users dont get internet and and user need to wait for 2 days to get internet or forcefully disconnect users and connect him again to make them work

Handling Process

1) DHCP lease time was too high and it need to be shorten to 4 hours

2) 2 days lease time was not good for network as it will utilise resources

 

Root Cause

1) decrease dhcp timers to 4 hours
