User can not retrieve voice mail messages

Issue Description

Customer reported that he cannot retrieve his voice mail messages 

Handling Process

We have checked the U1911 version and found that it is v200r003SPC200  

we asked him if he receive the voice messages alrady or not , he said it is appearing on the IP phone and the MWI is blinking , also we asked him to check VMS statistics on the U1911 web page and he found that there are unread messages already for this user extension 

We asked  him to check if he enabled the retrive messsage on the IP phone from advanced > service rights managament  , and he found it enabled

We asked customer to check the prefix , customer said it was as as follows supplementary and retrieve message option for 91002 , we asked him to make it virtual user and VMS access code 


so final configuration is like the following :

from User > Global Service. Click Configure next to VMS make the below steps




from Trunk > Prefix Configuration , we should make the beow 2 prefixes , 






He checked  and retrieved the messages normally
