SIP Trunk Calling ID faulty in eSpace U2980 when the calling from SIP Extension

Issue Description

When the customer call from SIP Extension 3110 to mobile number, his  Trunk ID 9000000 is shown on mobile, which is good.

But when he call from SIP Extension 3110 to Landline number, my Extension 3110 is shown on landline telephone set

U2980 is connected with PSTN through SIP Trunk and provides Call center services through CTI.

3-is it working well before and the issue occur or is that first time to work.

 but it did not solve the issue.

the we Try to change Caller number change index to 12 for prefix 9 as in the information below and feedback us.

 

 

Modify the call prefix processing data. Set Call source code to 0Call prefix to 654Nature of callee address indicator to national number.

 but the issue still exist.

and the issue is solved as the information below

we solved it by modify the signal type of the office trunk, after we modified this signal type , there is no P-Asserted-ID in the SIP message anymore.

Then the calling number will displayed as the SIP header described , so the calling number on the mobile phone and the landline phone will display as the same.

 

                            The root cause of this issue is that the signaling type is IMS , which will contains the P-Asserted-ID in the SIP message.

                           

                            This is the configuration of this U2980 site, you can see the SIG=IMS of the No.12 OFC which is used for outgoing calls.

                     

 

                            We can modify the signaling type of the No.12 OFC with these commands:

                            We first need to modify and delete the relevant parameters of No.12 OFC, and then re-add an No.12 OFC.

                            In the process of configuring the modification, the No.12 OFC relay service will be affected, so please do this when the traffic is low
