Backup data base failure on OSN8800

Issue Description

Tried to do NE Data Backup for 10 NEs at the same time, the "NE Data Backup" doesn't work correctly.

1. The error code 0x800a means that U2000 found "The NE status is incorrect during the backup of the database package"

2. Collecting blackbox logs is quite difficult, no progress in almost 2 hours

3. Both these two phenomenon shows that " communication from server to equipment is abnormal" or "something is in conflict"

Alarm Information

The picture bellow shows the error (marked in red) when try to do the database backup for some NEs.

 

Handling Process

 1. From BB1.log, we found that everytime backup database failure, the error code is 45902, which usually caused by user ID conflict:

2. From the log, we found both U2000 and DC use the same ID "ufinet"

3. Beside that, from the U2000 logs, we found that, different PC terminals, with the same UserID

Root Cause

 User ID conflict

Solution

1. Add a new user with super level following the steps:

a. NE User Management

b. Change the level at least Administrator --> User Level

c. Change the name --> NE User

2. Login to DC with the new UserID, and the problem will be solved
