3.3.15 Replacing a Low Pressure Sensor of NetCol5000-A 11KW

Issue Description

Customer need to change faulty low pressure sensor in NetCol5000-A 11KW

Handling Process
  • check the position of the low pressure sensor in  indoor unit of NetCol5000- A 11kw

  • Shutdown and power disconnection are required before the replacement of the low pressure sensor.
  • A check for leakage is required after the replacement.

Solution

Tools: two wrenches,  diagonal pliers, protective gloves, glue

Solution :

step 1 : Log in to the ECC800 WebUI as user admin.

Step 2 : Choose Monitoring > Air Conditioner > NetCol5000-A0104 > Controls, set On/off status
              on EMS to Off, and click Submit.

  • Note : 0104 in NetCol5000-A0104 is a variable and subject to changes with the air conditioner connection sequence. The displayed value prevails.

Step 3 : Disconnect the power supply to the control unit as well as the outdoor unit after the shutdown of
            the EMS.

Step 4 : Use diagonal pliers to cut off the cable ties that secure the low pressure sensor cables, and disconnect the wiring terminal (LPS label is attached on the cable of the low pressure sensor). Fasten the needle valve shown by (2) in Figure using a wrench, unscrew the low pressure sensor shown by (1) in Figure using another wrench


Step 5 : Place a new low pressure sensor, apply glue to the inner thread, secure the low pressure sensor to the needle valve using a wrench, and connect the           low pressure sensor connector.

Step 6 : Check that the low pressure sensor does not leak.
