the customer had some issue in Saudi Arabia has three telephony providers example if he call from STC mobile number outgoing ringing called party but when we pick the handset we cannot hear voice but at the same time when we call from mobily both sides are OK.
Handling process :
the customer said at first it may be hard ware issue with hand set of IP phones , but it seems not to be hard ware issue
1) at first we try to active all codecs on the trunk between PBX and service provider as shown :
but no luck issue still not solved .
2) the customer told me that
. " When I ask our client to consult with STC raise a ticket with them and he said last time our other site cisco has same issue then cisco engineer came and do the configuration now working perfect. Please see below the cisco configuration. "

3) so we create ticket to DATAcom team and after check they told us that there isn't issue with AR router
4) so we try to check logs of u1960 and we found there issue with dynamic negatition of media
Solution steps :
the solution steps is as the following :
1) after we analysis and be sure thereis issue from AR router and also the trunk between service provider and PBX
2) the issue is from Phone negatition itself
3) access the phone using web page => advanced=> media
then allow G.711 A and G.711u
the issue solved
