Customer had bought 30 new hard disks and 4 of them were rejected by the system with error:
0xF000A0084 Major None Disk (disk enclosure DAE010, slot 15) is a coffer disk from another engine and rejected by the system.
Collect related information and contact technical support engineers
Customer was asked to provide logs and describe the situation, what have he done before the alarm.
In logs 4 errors were found in 4 different DAE slots.
Solution was found how to clear coffer information from disks to begin use them normally.
Customer implemented our solution, all worked, ticket was closed after problem was resolved.
The coffer disk of one storage can't be used as a common disk by an another storage directly, and these 4 disks came from an another storage as coffer disks.
Need to clean DLT coffer message in the disk. (4 disks has coffer information on it)
1) We need putty or analog software
2) Connect to the storage via putty and change mode:
change user_mode current_mode user_mode=developer
3) Start debug mode:
4) Input command(and write all problem disks SDID, for example sdid=72 and their location, for example CTE0.8):
sddebug show disk ID SDID Serial Number Size Type Capacity Sector BlkDev
5) Input command:

change disk clearerrordlt sdid=72 (need to input our real sdid from step 4)
7) Input command:
poweroff disk disk_id=CTE0.8 (need to input real disk location from step 4)
8) Input command:
poweron disk disk_id=CTE0.8 (using disk location from step 7 now)
9) Check alarm is gone, and repeat steps 6-9 for all problem disks.
