RH2288H V3 can't recognize NVMe disk

Issue Description
Server : RH2288H
NVMe disk : ES3600P
OS: Redhat 7.4
the customer has 600 RH2288H servers.three of servers can't recognize the NVMe disk.there is no alarm on iBMC. 
Handling Process
1. check the Redhat 7.4 whether compatible ES3600P,the result is it compatible.
2. collect the iBMC logs and OS logs.
3. there is no alarm on BMC .
4. from the OS dmesg logs we found that the drop disk record,



Root Cause

the cable issue lead to drop disk , the OS can't recognize the disk,it is a small probability event.

Solution

use the new cable replace Port0 cable,the new cable BOM:04052060
