Issue Description

softconsole cannot recieve more than one call , second call get busy ,customer need to use the automatic call distribution function but no bmu exist on the enviroment

Handling Process

- confirmed that this function can be done on u1900 command line not depend on bmu 

- follow below command 

config telephonegroup modify
and set the allbusymanage parameter to queue and set queue time to max value 59 second 
after his command successfully excuted the more than on call can be recieved on the softconole agent 

Solution

use below command to set busy policy for incoming calls to softconsole 


config telephonegroup modify allbusymanage queue queuetime 59

- use this command for automatic call distribution function for CTI users if no bmu exist on the enviroment
