Issue Description

The critical errors appears randomly and in order to solve the issue, need re-insert the blade into the chassis or forced the restart:

Handling Process

Even if the issue is related to an hardware problem , the main root cause is the version of BIOS, and it seems to be a software issue.No need to replace the CPU.

Root Cause

If the BIOS version is (U47)3.63 , need to check the logs , and if the error is related to the CPU error , the solution is to use the OS according to Huawei compatibility list and to upgrade the BIOS to the latest version available.version.
