Issue Description

SMC: V100R003C10SPC900.


  Customer Load a License causing this error:

Handling Process

Access at remote session

connect to SC using port 122

Go to system view: System-view

Apply : revoke-license command

Reboot SMC problem persist.

Still unable to access SMC web page



perform the following process:



Steps:

**script is below, need to poy and paste at notepad and save as .bat file**

1. copy the script to SMC server, run as administrator


 
  

  
  


2. Restart the SMC server and check and login web
or not.

If the has the error” can’t not recognize the
SQLCMD command”, need to set the environment variable

if no “path” variable, create a new one, and the value is as below; if
exist already, add this value in the variable “path” (not overwrite  the
old value):

;C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL
Server\100\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\100\Tools\Binn\;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\DTS\Binn\
