Issue Description

Problem description :


Customer reported that wheneven he dialled his mobile number he hears this voice message from his Huawei IP phone registered  under U1911 “sorry, you are not allowed to make this call. Please contact your system administrator for assistance”. We have had to use the user right level “
Handling Process
We checked the prefix he is using and he was using 0 prefix with international rights 



Then checked the outgoing call rights for the extension he is using and we found that he is giving the rights for inter and local only while his outgoing prefix is on internaltional option , so we have to enable the internationl rights to match with the outgoing prefix
