NetStream Server Fails to Collect Flows Due to the Inconsistent Configuration from the GTL License Specification

Issue Description
NE40E&80E: V300R006C01SPC003

Slots 1, 2, and 7 on the NE80E are deployed with distributed NetStream in local mode, but the NetStream server fails to collects flows. By checking NetStream statistics, it is found that the NetStream server receives only one packet in several minutes.
Slots 1, 2, and 7 are inserted with cards whose part numbers are all NetEngine80E,CR52LPUK21,Flexible Card Line Processing Unit(LPUF-21,2sub-slots) A BOM:03030KKU.
Handling Process
1. Verify the NetStream configuration. The sample ratio is set to 1024:1 bidirectional sampling (common value).

2. The route from the NE80E to the NetStream server is reachable, and NetStream versions are the same on the NE80E and NetStream server.
3. Check flows in the cache.

4. The NE80E is configured with distributed NetStream and uses the LPUF-21. The LPUF-21 may not be configured with a NetStream license.
After verification, the LPUF-21 has been configured with a NetStream license using GTL.
According to the specification manual, the GTL license has the following specification requirements on distributed NetStream of the LPUF-21/20:
a. 100:1 bidirectional flow sampling (The commonly used sampling ratio is 1024:1.)
b. 512K flow table for original flows and aggregated flows
c. Flow creation at the rate of 100 kpps
The sampling ratios in the specification and configuration are different, causing the problem.
Set the sampling ratio to 100:1 to solve the problem.

Root Cause
1. The configuration is incorrect.
2. The route from the NE80E to the NetStream server is unreachable, or NetStream versions are different on the NE80E and NetStream server.
3. The device is faulty. For example, no NetStream license is configured on the device.
Solution
Integrated NetStream mode on the SPUC (each SPUC must be configured with a NetStream license):
1. 1000:1 directional sampling on 64 x 10G interfaces or 4:1 unidirectional sampling on one 10G interface
2. 512K flow table for original flows and aggregated flows
3. 1G first-packets (packets entering the inbound interface for the first time) with the average packet length as 500 bytes for normal flows
4. Flow creation at the rate of 500 kpps and 160M first-packets with the packet length as 64 bytes in the limitation test
Distributed NetStream mode on the LPU-10:
1. 200:1 bidirectional flow sampling
2. 128K flow table for original flows and aggregated flows
3. Flow creation at the rate of 40 kpps
Distributed NetStream mode on the LPU-21/20:
1. 100:1 bidirectional flow sampling
2. 512K flow table for original flows and aggregated flows
3. Flow creation at the rate of 100 kpps
