Solution

1. In V300R003, V300R006, and V600R001, no dedicated PAF files and licenses are required for SPUB boards (Rainier NetStream sampling board).

2. With any PAF files or licenses, the boards can be properly registered and support the sample function without the need for GTL licenses.

3. In V600R003 or later, SPUB boards must be replaced by SPUC boards and need GTL licenses.
