Solution

The ME60 supports uplink/downlink traffic rate limitation for VLAN users using the QoS CAR.

The ME60 can limit downlink traffic for VC-groups using generic traffic shaping (GTS) and cannot limit uplink traffic.

To configure the QoS CAR, perform the following operations:

1. Configure a CAR template in the system view.

qos car test cir 10240 cbs 1280000 pbs 3205120

2. Apply the CAR template to the user VLAN.

 interface GigabitEthernet3/0/1.1
 pppoe-server bind Virtual-Template 1
 user-vlan 999
 user-vlan 10 QinQ 20
 qos car inbound test each-vlan
