Solution

A common Layer 3 interface can be configured only with one traffic policy. A Layer 2 interface, however, can be configured with multiple traffic policies for different VLANs based on the carried VLAN parameters. Each traffic policy is used to perform rate limitation on each VLAN.

Example:

traffic classifier xs1 operator or
 if-match any
traffic behavior xs1
car cir 10000 cbs 10000 pbs 0 green pass yellow pass red discard
traffic policy xs1
 classifier xs1 behavior xs1

Configurations for xs2 and xs3 are similar.

interface GigabitEthernet2/0/0
 description To Shenzhen-NE40E GE1/0/0
 portswitch
 port trunk allow-pass vlan 10 20 30
 traffic-policy xs1 inbound vlan 10
 traffic-policy xs2 inbound vlan 20
 traffic-policy xs3 inbound vlan 30
