How to handle the problem which the board type is LPUF-21-B lead to binding VPN interface discards all the packet when ping

Issue Description
When CX600-X3 ping the interface  which is  connected  the CX600-X3 VPN interface directly, the packets are all lost.


Handling Process
1. Whether the both interfaces learn ARP correctly.
2. Whether  the both interfaces are binded VPN correctly.
3. Whether the  board support VPN service.

1.Checked whether the ping  is ok or failure.

2. Checked whether interface  learn ARP table and found it had learned.

3. Checked the configuration of the VPN in both sides, found the configuration is normal

4.Checked the board type and found it is  LPUF-21-B, it is not the same with the other boards which are binded VPN, the other boards type is LPUF-21-A.

5. Tried "set board-type" command to change the board type as LPU. Note that when there are services and flow in the device, it  need to  confirm with  customers whether can operate.

6. Found that the problem had been resolved.

Suggestions
LPUF-21-B board interface can be bound to VPN, but there is ping problem. It is need to change the board type as LPU board.Or by license to load resource items LCX6KBEN06, the LPUF-21-B board upgrade to LPUF-21-A board.Then it can completely support VPN service.
