how to clear the alarm about GTL license of NE40E

Issue Description
【Problem Summary】GTL default value allarm on NMS and license.txt file is missing on some NE,s which are showing this allarm
【Problem Details】customer is asking to reslove this issue form NMS as its a major allarm.kindly support how to resolve this issue as urgent as possible.
Handling Process

1.       For default, if there is no license, the router will send SNMP to U2000 about this and ask U2000 to generate the alarm.

2.       If there are no feature required GTL license for those router,  you don’t need to add license.

Root Cause

1.       For default, if there is no license, the router will send SNMP to U2000 about this and ask U2000 to generate the alarm.

Solution

You can use the following command to make router stop sending GTL SNMP to U2000. (and you need to clear the U2000, then U2000 won’t generate the license alarm about this router. ) [R2]undo snmp-agent trap enable feature-name gtl trap-name hwgtldefaultvalue // Risk of Solution:Non-Risk Operation
