1. Log in to the equipment of a user, and it is found that broadcast packets amount to 99% at the Ethernet port. After solving the problem of broadcast by configuring the attached switch with VLAN, it is found that packets are discarded when the attached PC pings to external network. According to test, we could make sure that it is the poor quality of network cable between AR 2809B and PC that causes the problem. The problem is addressed after replacing network cable
2. Users feedback that the rate they access network is very slow. Execute the tcp mss 1024 command at Ethernet port, and then they could access network normally. However, download by FTP is still slow; sometimes the equipment cannot ping through to the big size of external network. The failure could be ironed out by using nat fragbuffer en, nat fragbuffer length 4000 and nat aging tcp 600 commands.
