Q:Customer requested to support different bandwidths at different time intervals for group of users in a domain, how to configure it?
The following commands are supported in version VRP3.30-23xx but not supported in version VRP3.30-22xx.
Configure a domain:
authentication-scheme default0 //authentication-scheme as per your configuration
accounting-scheme default0 //accounting-scheme as per your configuration
ip-pool test //bind a ip-pool
time-range user-car enable //enable time-range in the domain
time-range user-car time5 5 //bind a time-range and user-car after creating them
time-range user-car time6 6 //bind another time-range and user-car after creating them
[MA5200G-aaa-domain-test]time-range car enable \\enable time-range car
[MA5200G-aaa-domain-test]time-range user-car time1 ?
INTEGER<0-31> CAR level
[MA5200G-aaa-domain-test]time-range user-car time1 1 \\define
time-range,with car-level,1 mean user-car level is 1
[MA5200G-aaa-domain-test]time-range user-car time2 2
Configure a time-range globally:
[MA5200G]time-range time1 13:00 to 14:00 daily
[MA5200G]time-range time2 14:00 to 15:00 daily
Configure a user-car globally:
[MA5200G]user-car 1 up 64 256 down 64 256 \\define user-car level
[MA5200G]user-car 2 up 128 512 down 128 512
After doing all these you can test the settings by login a subscriber and check whether his Current-time-range-car(settings in the domain) is changed as per your time settings in the access-user details. Also check the clock settings in your BRAS.
