The Configuration of Static Users at MA5200F is Correct but cannot Access Network because Route at Upstream Releases Wrongly

Issue Description
MA5200F starts OSPF dyanmic route protocol and teh state of configured static user is Updated. User's PC can learn MAC address of MA5200F but cannot access network and ping through MA5200F.

Handling Process
1. Change address of static user as and it is normal. User's PC and data configuration of MA5200F can be ironed out.
2. According to the alarm check FIB of the equipment, find:   218.206.*.*  GHU  t[0]          Ethernet1.0
The static user is configured at port 7 and the next hop of FIB is port 1.
3. Check route table of the equipment, find:   O_ASE   150 1           218.206.*.*  Ethernet1.0 
From connection equipment of port 1, find accurate route of released The upper equipment route releases the same host route as IP of static user, so user cannot communicate. Change released route of upper equipment and it is no problematic.
Root Cause
Opposite equipment releases host route the same as static route address. MA5200F finds the route through OSPF and adds it in corresponding FIB. When configured static user is online, the flooding of corresponding FIB fails because the destination address is the same as that flooded by route protocol. So the forwarding packet of static user fails and user cannot access network normally.
Only released route is accurate host route, the problem occurs. Notice the planning of IP address of the network during configuration. Do not introduce and release wrong route information.
