Handling Process
A:
In terms of configurations:1. The configurations of common PPPoE users and leased line PPPoE users are basically the same except that the authentication method can be specified in the VLAN view on the interface for common PPPoE users but not for leased line PPPoE users.
2. The access-limit command used in the VLAN view on the interface does not take effect for leased line PPPoE users.
In terms of access (important):
For the same VLAN, the leased line PPPoE interface allows the access of only one user. The other users cannot access the interface regardless whether the same user account is used. For common PPPoE users, however, there is no such limit.
For different VLANs, the leased line PPPoE interface allows the access of one user for each VLAN. For common PPPoE users, however, there is no such limit.
