The RH2285 server cannot be started and the CPU reports a temperature alarm.
Alarm Information
Handling Process
Reinstall the heat dissipater of the server. Apply the coolant evenly on the CPU during the installation.
Root Cause
The CPU heat dissipater is installed reversely after the CPU is replaced. As a result, the heat flow cannot pass and the temperature of the CPU is too high. The CPU reports an error and therefore the server cannot be started.
Pay attention to the heat dissipater direction during the installation to avoid mistakes.
