After a user double-clicks the shortcut icon of a VSM client, but the login window is not displayed.
Step 1 If a prompt is displayed, locate and rectify the fault as prompted.
Step 2 Uninstall the VSM client and then install it again. For details, see the SecospaceVSM Client Installation Guide.
The possible causes are as follows:
l The files of the OS and client are abnormal.
l The shortcut icon on the desktop is not updated after upgrade.
l The virtual memory is not set. This may be caused by illegitimate installation of the VSM client.
