Issue Description
In the case where a client is connected to the NMS server (in Solaris) through a DCN consisting of multiple routers, the client fails to log in to the server.

Handling Process
1.Check the firewall settings on the current network.
2.On the firewall, enable all ports for the VSM.
Root Cause

l           The DCN between the client and server is faulty.

l           The communication protocol for the client is different from that for the server.

l           The ports that are used to connect the client and server are masked by the firewall or virus.

Check the firewall between the client and server to ensure that all the required ports are enabled.
