The CAU Page Is Not Accessible

Issue Description
After you enter http://Server IP address:8080/cau in the address box and press Enter,sthe page displays that:
l           You are unauthorized to access the page.
l           The page cannot be found.
l           The page is loading, and you are required to enter your user name and password.

Handling Process

l           Method 1:

1.         Choose Start > Run.

2.         Enter services.msc in the dialog box that is displayed. Click OK.

3.         Locate IIS Admin Service in the Services window.

If the service cannot be located, go to method 2.

4.         Right-click IIS Admin Service and select Stop in the shortcut menu.

5.         Click Yes in the Stop Other Services dialog box that is displayed.

6.         In the Services window, right-click U2000Apache and choose Start from the shortcut menu.

7.         Choose Start > Programs > Network Management System > VSM System Monitor and log in to the VSM System Monitor.

8.         Right-click Client Auto Upgrade Service, and choose Start the Process from the shortcut menu.

l           Method 2:

1.         Choose Start > Run.

2.         Enter cmd in the dialog box that is displayed. Click OK.

3.         On the CLI, enter netstat -abn and press Enter.

4.         Check the name of the program that use port 8080.

5.         If the program that uses port 8080 is not httpd.exe, terminate the program process in the task manager.

6.         In the Services window, right-click U2000Apache and choose Start from the shortcut menu.

7.         Choose Start > Programs > Network Management System > VSM System Monitor and log in to the VSM System Monitor.

8.         Right-click Client Auto Upgrade Service, and choose Start the Process from the shortcut menu.

Root Cause
Port 8080 of the server is used.
