Handling Process

1. To ensure normal network connection, check that the virtual IP addresses of the production center and disaster recovery center can be pinged through.
2. Check the RLINK status.
Run the vxprint –g dgname command to check the RLINK status.
If the value of the KSTATE row is CONNECTED and that of the STATE row is ACTIVE, or the value of the KSTATE row is ENABLED and that of the STATE row is PAUSE, it indicates that the RLINK status is normal.
If the value of the KSTATE row is RECOVER and that of the STATE row is ACTIVE, it indicates that the RLINK status is abnormal and needs to be recovered. Perform 3.

3. Run the vxrlink –g dgname recover rlink_name command to restore the RLINK status. rlink_name refers to the name of the RLINK.
