l iNVS V100R002C02 Symptoms:
The TV matrix does not display any videos. After you power off and power on the system again or replug the network cables, the TV matrix still does not display any videos.
Reconfigure the IP address of the decoder.
1. Check whether you can ping the decoder.
The decoder cannot be pinged.
2. Connect the decoder directly to a maintenance terminal. Use HyperTermial to obtain the IP address and log in to the decoder. The configurations have been reset to factory settings. Conclusion:
The IP address of the decoder restores to factory settings after an abnormal reset, which causes that the TV matrix does not display any videos.
