Issue Description

Symptoms:
After you click the Monitor Software icon on a client PC, the software has no response.
Alarm Information
None.
Handling Process

In the Process list, select Monitor.exe.

Click End Process.

Root Cause
Cause analysis:
1.         Open Windows Task Manager.
2.         Click Process. Monitor.exe already exists in the process list.

 
Conclusion:
The Monitor Software has not been shut down properly, which causes the startup failure.
