Some NVR Events Cannot Be Displayed Because the Versions of the PSM and ISM Are Incompatible

Issue Description
Version:

Symptoms:
Some NVRs and the cameras connected to the NVRs have events, but the events are not displayed in the event list of the ESM.
Alarm Information

Handling Process
Upgrade the NVR software version to the same version of the management unit software.

Root Cause
Cause analysis:
Check the Software Version of the Management Unit Check the Software Version of the NVR
Procedure:
1.         Connect an SSH tool to the management unit.
The default user name is root and default password is 123456.
2.         Run the /hinvs/ism/jboss-5.1.0.GA/bin/showISMVersion.sh command to view the ISM version.
Procedure:
3.         Connect an SSH tool to each NVR that cannot display events.
4.         Run the /hinvs/psm/bin/NVS_StoreSvr -v command to view the PSM version.
The displayed ISM version is ISM V100R002C02SPC090. The displayed PSM version is PSM V100R002C02SPC003.
 

If you need to check the B version, run the /hinvs/psm/bin/NVS_StoreSvr -wow@iNvs command.
Conclusion:
The software versions of the management unit and the NVRs are incompatible, which causes that the ESM cannot display the events of the NVRs and the cameras connected to the NVRs.
