Device assignment issue leads to data incomplete when searching elog log

Issue Description
 There are several operators of customer network, some operator feedback that log can’t be searched from parts of devices.

Handling Process
Review operator permission which assigned by manager carefully, finding out that devices added by manager hasn’t assigned to operator completely, so log can’t be searched for parts of devices. Reassign devices according to actual situation, problem solved.
Root Cause
Because of the separated permission of elog system manager and operator, manager could only do works about system management, such as device addition and so on, only operator could do operations such as log searching, so ,there maybe something wrong with permission assignment.
