Failed to initialize database and found the following tips information:
Step 1: inspection and repair IMAP_ROOT environment variable.
1 Check VSM environment variable. Refer to the “Secospace VSM software installation guide ".
Right click the "my computer > properties", in the "advanced" TAB click "environmental variables". Check the environment variable value, such as "IMAP_ROOT" , "OSS_ROOT" and so on.
2 Check and repair VSM environment variable.
Take VSM installed in "D: \ VSM" directory for example, the environment variable is: "IMAP = D: \ VSM \ server \ conf", otherwise need to reset VSM environment variable manually.
Step 2: initialize database.
May is the end of the IMAP_ROOT environment variable one more "\".
