SIG web page sometimes can't be opened, after reinstalled web components and restarted still can't open.

Issue Description
SIG web page can't be opened
Alarm Information
None.
Handling Process
1, check the IE browser proxy configuration, it is normal.
2, test port connection, telnet SIG-IP 8080, can’t open.
3, login SIG background system, use command “netstat -ano | grep 8080” confirm the port opening situation, can also use “ps -ef | grep java” view whether the web process is normal or not. Not opened.
4, check other SIG background process, use command “ps-ef”, other SRS and SAS components are in normal status.
5, doubt it is web problem, restart SIG background server. Problems still exist.
6, reinstall web components, and then restart SIG background server. Problems still exist.
7, at last use command restart web services:
  cd /usr/local/SIG/tomcat/bin/
  ./shutdown.sh
  killall -9 java
  ./startup.sh
Use “ps -ef | grep java” view web process, it is normal.

1, In SIG web operation and maintenance, there are operating problems, need to reinstall
2, SIG web process failure, need to restart process

When the SIG web can't be opened, according to historical experience, prior to adopt the following two points, can ascend the processing efficiency and can solve the general web interface can't be opened problems
1, use “ps -ef | grep java” view whether web process is normal or not
2, use command restart web services.
