Issue Description
Use VSM upgrade the network element, loading software failed, prompts "network element has no nough storage space ".

Handling Process
1. Use Telnet tool login network element, perform commands “delete /unreservedfilename” delete the unnecessary files in network element’s storage space, so that the network element’s residual storage space is larger than the software file size.
2. In "network element upgrading task management" window, select loading software failed tasks, right click to choose "try again".
Root Cause
The storage space of network element is insufficient.
Positioning process:
1. Use Telnet tool login network element, check the rest storage space in the network element.

2. In the network element software library of VSM view the file size of the software which needs to be loaded.
A. Login VSM client, in the main menu select "system > network element software management > network element software library management".
B. Select the software which needs to be loaded in the left “software” navigation tree of the popup window, can check the file size of the software in the network element software list.
C. Contrast the network element’s residual storage space and the software which needs to be loaded, found the network element’s residual storage space is less than the software file size.

Suggestions
It is suggested that the network element’s residual storage space is larger than the file size of the software which needs to be loaded.
