SMC 2.0 Access denied message when installing V100R002C01B014SP03

Issue Description
Operating system Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1

SMC 2.0 V100R002C01B014SP03

After installing WIndows server 2008 R2 SP1 on a virtual machine or server, user proceeds with SMC 2.0 install preparations such as:

Step 1Choose Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings. Four network adapters are displayed: Local Area Connection 1, Local Area Connection 2, Local Area Connection 3, and Local Area Connection 4. These four network adapters are enabled by default.
Disable the three network adapters not connected to a network cable
Step 2 Select the network adapter connected to the network cable, right-click on this adapter, and select Properties
Step 3 In the network adapter properties window, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties 
Step 4 Click Use the following IP address and enter the IP information (IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway). Click Use the following DNS server addresses if you want to specify the DNS addresses, enter the DNS server addresses

Go to the SMC 2.0 install kit and double click on setup.bat

Normal process is for the SMC 2.0 to be installed but error message is received as in attachment : SMC 2.0 error message.jpg

The error message received indicates not enough user privilege to install.

User account is administrator.

Analyzing the permission for the installation kit folder, we can notice that Users and TrustedInstaller privliges are not set to full control.

By modifying these items as in the attachment( truested instaallers and users ) - re run the setup.bat - it will finish without any problem
