The software version of UAP3300 is : V100R002C06SPC300 and is integrated with india TAC CTI platform.After installation it was working fine from last 3-4 months but suddenly some software issue occured and the calls stop landing from PRI and the status of PRI was Normal.
There are two ways to resolve the issue:-
1. Upgrade the firmware to latest version.
2.To upload the patch SMCU_V1R2C6S3SHPH02 from R&D and run the command below:
1) c p load filename SMCU_V1R2C6S3SHPH02.pat
2)c p activate patchno 0
Then after waiting 5 min or restart the UAP3300 immediately it will work.
1.We checked the status of PRA and found that it's status is ok and no alarms are there in the system. So we asked service provider to check the PRA by making incoming & outgoing calls using ISDN tester. The test show that the PRA is working normal.
2.We configured the spare PRA card with another DTU board but still the issue was same.
3.We escalated this issue to R&D and found that this problem is due to provider side is sending reset signal and ask for the reply from our PBX but our system not able to respond so the Service provider side considering our PBX is down and not able to establish call.
