Handling Process
To solve the problem, the following steps can be followed :

1. disable STP Protocol globally on Huawei Switch by using "stp disable" command
2. disable STP Protocol on Interface that connect directly to PC User by using "stp disable" command
3. disable BPDU on interface that connect directly to PC user by using "bpdu disable" command
Root Cause
it's found that huawei switch using and activating STP Protocol. STP Protocol effect the interconnection between cisco switch and huawei switch. Huawei Switch is placed in access layer and not connected to redundant link.
Suggestions
- before integrating huawei switch to existing network, make sure the huawei switch is placed in correct layer whether it's Core, Distribution or access layer.
- disable stp and bpdu for every PC users that connected directly to huawei switch in order to make interface switch to forwarding directly and not participate to BPDU Exchange.
- if STP Protocol needs to be activated, make sure STP protocol mode used is a standard mode that support by both switches.
