Fan alarm on S5710HI

Issue Description
Customer report a fan alarm on device, we have asked the output of display diagnostic command to check.
Alarm Information
Nov 29 2013 04:14:24-05:13 Quidway %%01SRM/3/FANEXC(l)[37]:Fault occurs in the fan in slot 0.
Handling Process
With this information we can be sure that the fan have the problem, this may casue high temperature when the device  in heavy load.

We have informed customer about this, so they can apply for the spare part.
Root Cause
According to the diagnostic information:

Nov 29 2013 04:14:24-05:13 Quidway %%01SRM/3/FANEXC(l)[37]:Fault occurs in the fan in slot 0.

And according to the documentation:

System status indicator: Red
 After registering, the system does not operate properly, or a power alarm, fan alarm, or temperature alarm is generated.
1. Check if we can change the fan (I think it is integrated  with the main board on some models).

2. Check when the device start up ,if It can make noise

If both  the answer of above  is NO, Please change a main board ,not power :
